Returns
We comply with current legislation with regard to returns, specifically the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Any returns must be authorised, if goods are returned without authorisation they will be refused.
For custom and personalised orders, we only accept returns on faulty products, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Please provide us with information about the problem and the reasons why the goods need to be returned. We also require the original invoice/copy of thereof as a proof of purchase.
No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed. Any refunds due will be completed within 30 days of the receipt of the goods back to ourselves.
