Personalised items are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part. Please review our policy below;

No Returns for Change of Mind – As personalised items are unique to each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items – If your item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Spelling & Design Errors – We are not responsible for errors in personalisation (e.g., misspellings) if they match the details provided at checkout. Please double-check your order before confirming.
